1997 Tiger Pride Award
Dana Schultz
The plaque read, "For distinguished
service to alumni and the University of
Missouri." But that was in 1981,
when Dana L. Schultz received the "Every
True Son of Ol' Mizzou" award from
the Alumni Association.
This Tiger Pride award proves things
haven't changed much!! Since her graduation,
Dana has maintained active leadership
in alumni affairs wherever she has lived.
First moving to Dallas, she was instrumental
in re-organizing the Dallas Chapter, serving
as chapter president and later as Membership
Chair.
At Mizzou, Dana earned a BS in
Business Administration and is currently
a Vice President of Private Banking at
Texas Commerce Bank in San Antonio. She
has served a term on the B & PA Alumni
Board, as well as currently serving on
the national alumni board.
When her career took her to San
Antonio, where no active chapter existed,
she organized one - one that has achieved
Honor Status each year since then! She
is now the chapter's membership chair.
Like our other award winners, she
too, leads from the front, as an annual
donor and as a lifetime member of the
Association. The Tiger Pride Award is
a reflection of MU's pride in Dana's outstanding
service! |
