Replacing a Member Card
To request a replacement card, please use the form below. You will receive your replacement card one to three weeks after submitting your request.
Temporary life member cards are also mailed one to three weeks after submitting your request. Replacements for permanent credit card-type life member cards (for members who have paid in full) are ordered every three months.
