What is the purpose of Legislative Day at the Capitol?
   

> To thank legislators for their support of the University of Missouri.

> To advocate for future support of Missouri’s flagship university and seek support for our legislative platform.

When is it?    February

Where is it?    Missouri State Capitol, Jefferson City

Typical Schedule of Events:    

8:00 a.m.        Capitol visits begin

9:00 a.m.        Legislative displays open (3rd Floor Rotunda)

9:30 a.m.        Legislative Rally (1st Floor Rotunda)

10:00 a.m.      Capitol visits resume

12:00 noon      Lunch for attendees

12:30 p.m.      Capitol visits resume

1:00 p.m.        Legislative Issues Panel (Location to be announced)

2:00 p.m.        Events conclude
