Congratulations to the 2013 Class of Mizzou '39

In the spirit of service that was the cornerstone of the 1839 founding of the University of Missouri, each year the Mizzou Alumni Association Student Board presents the Mizzou '39 Award to 39 outstanding seniors. Chosen for their academic achievement, leadership, and service to Mizzou and the community, the honorees represent a variety of majors, activities, and organizations from across campus. Additionally, each winner has chosen to recognize an outstanding faculty or staff member who has advised and guided them throughout their college career.
An outstanding group of students applied for the award and the 39 students have been selected and notified. This new class of students will be publicly revealed on Monday, Feb. 4. They will be recognized during the Mizzou basketball game on Feb. 9 against Ole Miss and again later that evening at a special award banquet in the Reynolds Alumni Center. Check back for a full list of recipients on Tuesday, Feb. 5.
