Diversity Programs

Primary dimensions of diversity are those characteristics that are innate and/or that greatly affect how we are socialized: age, race, ethnicity, gender, physical abilities and sexual orientation.
Others include education, work background, income, marital status, military experience, religious beliefs, political beliefs, geographic location and parental status.
