2008 Alumni Scholars Program – Returning Students

TRUE TIGER SCHOLARSHIPS

True Tiger (student members of the alumni association) are eligible to apply for one of five scholarships awarded to outstanding student members who have excelled in the classroom and assumed leadership positions on campus. Each year, five awards of $1,000 each are awarded with two of the selected recipients receiving special recognition as True Tiger Leadership Scholars.

Renewal: Generally, these awards are not renewable.
Deadline: Completed applications are due in the alumni association no later than February 1, 2008.

GLOBAL TIGER SCHOLARSHIPS

The Mizzou Alumni Association is committed to supporting the natural diversity of a global campus. An important part of that diversity includes scholarship opportunities for returning international students. Recipients, as a part of the scholarship award, agree to provide service to the alumni association during the school year in which the award is received.

SCHOOL/COLLEGE ALUMNI ORGANIZATION SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships are made available through the various alumni organizations of individual MU schools and colleges for students that are currently enrolled at Mizzou. To apply for these scholarships, submit a general University of Missouri scholarship application for Continuing & Transfer Students and return as directed on the application.

Award Amount: Awards range from $500 to $1,500.
Renewal: Generally, these awards are not renewable.
